Judkins has been a workhorse for his entire college career and now enters a backfield starting from scratch in Cleveland following the departure of Nick Chubb. The hometown kid's bruising, downhill play style is something that neither of the other two RBs who could challenge him for touches (Jerome Ford and fellow rookie Dylan Sampson) offer in the run game, making him nearly a lock for the Browns' early down role as a rookie. However, that could be as large a role as Judkins ends up getting in his first year, as Ford and Sampson both offer more in the receiving game. And even on the ground, Judkins was good, not great, in terms of efficiency - but given the workload he's set to inherit, he should be well within striking distance of an RB2 finish if he can be himself at the next level. There are certainly questions about just how effective the Browns offense will be with the QB situation very much in flux, but sheer rushing volume will be enough to make Judkins an RB3 at the very least. Also worth noting: HC Kevin Stefanski has called some of the most run-heavy offenses in the league since joining the Browns, ranking within the top-5 in four of his six seasons and top-10 in five of six, as well.
