The end of season numbers for Kincaid certainly don't fly off the page, but with the Bills vacating their alpha WR1 Stefon Diggs and his 161.25 targets per season, the opportunity for Kincaid to be fast-tracked to a dominant fantasy role can't be ignored. While he wasn't in Sam Laporta's world in terms of target earning and productivity, Kincaid still had a very encouraging rookie season - his 15.4% target share, 0.21 targets per route run, and 12.2% air yards share all ranked 16th among 112 TEs in 2023. However, Kincaid never held onto a full-time role in the Bills offense last year - a product of TE Dawson Knox hanging around to siphon valuable snaps and opportunities away from him. In five games without Knox in the lineup from Weeks 8-12, Kincaid averaged 14.2 PPR points per game, nearly twice as many PPR points per game as he did in games Knox played in (7.4). Just how involved Knox figures to be in 2024 remains to be seen, but the Bills receiving corps as a unit also features more mouths to feed than last year thanks to the additions of veteran WR Curtis Samuel and second-round WR Keon Coleman. As of today, no receiver on the Bills roster has more than one year of meaningful experience playing with Josh Allen, setting up Kincaid with as clear a shot as he'll have at establishing himself as Allen's new No. 1 target. That potential alone has Kincaid's upside - and price - inside the top-5 at the tight end position.
