Here are the top options available in more than 50% of fantasy football leagues.
Waiver Wire Targets:
Darnell Mooney (WR - Atlanta Falcons)
Clear number 2 WR for Atlanta: 24% target share for the year, Drake London is at 27%
Finished as WR3 last week, 30% target share
Kirk Cousins is looking better so that 24% target share can turn into solid games moving forward
FAAB: 25%
Josh Downs (WR - Indianapolis Colts)
30% target share over three weeks, never under 27%
One Top-10 finish, one Top-15 finish over last two weeks
Anthony Richardson’s accuracy can be concern, but tough to ignore target earning ability. Usually leads to success.
FAAB: 20%
Tank Bigsby (RB - Jacksonville Jaguars)
Extremely efficient - overall RB1 this week
Moving into sharing the early down workload at the very least
If he keeps killing it, he can’t be denied
Worth picking up, but temper expectations of his role moving forward
The upside is there for him to carve out a bigger role
Totally understand that Etienne’s shoulder hurts
Totally understand that Doug Pederson said that Etienne is their guy
15-20% FAAB max if you need a RB because he’s still a low-end RB2 at best right now given his role
JuJu Smith Schuster (WR - Kansas City Chiefs)
8/7/130 - 66% route participation, 24% target share
Bye this week, can be WR3+ after that
FAAB: 15-20%
Ty Chandler (RB - Minnesota Vikings)
Aaron Jones is week-to-week, so Chandler can get a workhorse role for a couple of 1-2 weeks.
FAAB: 5-10% (would be higher if he didn’t have a bye this week)
Braelon Allen (RB - New York Jets)
Tyrone Tracy Jr. (RB - New York Giants)
18/129, gets Seattle next week. Is Devin Singletary good to go? I have no idea. But Tracy has a chance to eat into Singletary’s touches, and maybe more if he takes advantage.
FAAB: 5-10%
Jalen Tolbert (WR - Dallas Cowboys)
Brandin Cooks is on IR
Top-12 finish in Week 5
Has two Top-36 finishes in the four weeks before that
Full-time role
FAAB: 5%
Allen Lazard (WR - New York Jets)
He sucks, the offense is a mess, but he finds a way to score fantasy points
19% target share, he’s the WR20 on the year, he has two Top-30 WR finishes in the last three weeks
Fill-in WR if you need one
FAAB: 5%
Michael Wilson (WR - Arizona Cardinals)
His target shares have been interesting over the last three weeks:
28%, 32%, 22% even with Trey McBride back - two Top-30 finishes over the last three weeks
Solid match against Green Bay this week, solid flex play, maybe can sneak into WR3 conversation with a good performance
FAAB: 2-3%
Tre Tucker (WR - Las Vegas Raiders)
23% target share in Week 3, 25% in Week 4, then a quiet game in Week 5 (against Denver)
Another tough matchup against Pittsburgh, but they’re at home, so not an overly bad matchup
Potentially without Davante Adams rest of the season, the Rams matchup after that looks good
FAAB: 2-3%
Jordan Whittington (WR - Los Angeles Rams)
Week 4: 8/6/62 (full time)
Week 5: 10/7/89 (full time)
FAAB: 5%
Daniel Jones (QB - New York Giants)
Quentin Johnston (WR - Los Angeles Chargers)
Started the year with a 20% and 32% target share, then 15% and 19%
Full-time role
One top-10 finish and one top-36 finish under his belt
Don’t love the matchup against Denver this week, so preferably sit him, and then play him against Arizona in Week 7 as a flex
FAAB: 5%
Keon Coleman (WR - Buffalo Bills)
Roschon Johnson (RB - Chicago Bears)
Getting some carries and goal-line work
Fill-in RB
FAAB: 2-3%
Cam Akers (RB - Houston Texans)
9/42/1 in Week 4
FAAB: 1%
Justice Hill (RB - Baltimore Ravens)
Rashod Bateman (WR - Baltimore Ravens)
WR15
Target share is all over the place - love the talent but not sure I can trust him and the game scripts of Baltimore
FAAB: 0%
Alec Pierce (WR - Indianapolis Colts)
Christian Watson (WR - Green Bay Packers)
Tyler Allgeier (RB - Atlanta Falcons)
Zach Ertz (TE - Washington Commanders)
Blake Corum (RB - Los Angeles Rams)
Cade Otton (TE - Tampa Bay Buccaneers)
